O Shopping is hiring customer service representatives to provide quality and efficient customer service to customers.

Qualifications:
  • Finished at least two (2) years in college.
  • At least one (1) year Call Center or any related customer service professional experience.
  • Fluent both in English and Filipino.
  • Computer Literate. Average skill in MS Office Applications and Web Browsing.
  • Typing skill of 35 WMP and 90% Accuracy.
  • Skills/Competencies: High Customer Service/Focus, Problem-Solving, Multi-tasking, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Phone Skills,
  • Listening; and Data Entry.
  • Willing to work in Taguig.
  • Willing to work a graveyard shift and/or shifting schedule
