Customer Service Representative Job Openings at Ematic Solutions

Ematic Solutions is hiring customer service representatives to provide help and assistance to customers’ queries in its UI dashboard help center.

Other job duties:
  • Be proficient in the workings of the UI dashboard, setting up accounts, and handling customers’ technical queries.
  • Log and keep records of customer queries.
  • On a daily basis, provide answers and adequate support to all customers’ queries in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within Ematic to advocate any issues relating to the UI dashboard.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

  • 0-2 years' relevant experience in customer service, or with relevant academic experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the English language. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful when dealing with different customers’ requests.
  • Constantly shows initiative and takes on different responsibilities outside the job scope.
  • Willing to work flexible hours to adapt to customers’ requests.
  • Able to multitask effectively and adjust quickly to different situations.
