Sykes is hiring customer service agents to collects past due payments from customers and provide accurate and immediate response/solutions to transactions and service requests.

Other job duties:
  • Call customers and process requests regarding their account
  • Services internal and external clients and customers
  • Provides callers with alternative sites for information
  • Manages client’s expectations and provides a positive experience for the customer
  • Displays the company’s Voice of the Brand in all call interactions

Qualifications:
  • College graduate or at least 2 years in College
  • 18 years old and above
  • Good command of the English language
