Other job duties:
  • Answer live calls from customers
  • Open and Update support cases
  • Route cases and phone calls to sales and support representatives worldwide
  • Report case and call statistics
  • Client Success case closure follow-up
  • Case escalation management and routing to management

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or two years in a customer facing role
  • Experience working with customers, preferably in a technology/software call center
  • Salesforce or CRM system experience a plus
  • Technology/software call center experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
  • Self-starter, self-driven, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
