Customer Care Center Specialist Job Openings at Amicassa

Amicassa is hiring customer care center specialists to ensure the timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Other job duties:
  • Generates information from all available resources
  • Coordinates with other units within Amicassa on the early resolution of requests of clients received via phone and emails
  • Interfaces with other units of the Ayala Land, Inc.
  • Monitors and ensures resolution at committed time of long-term inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Conducts baseline analysis
  • Replies to buyers’ requests within the set turn-around time and prepares real-time monitor/report of accounts handled

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Exhibits pleasing personality and has the capacity to deal with different kinds of people
  • Has a strong verbal and written communication expertise
  • Possesses good voice quality and keen hearing capability
  • Capable of handling and managing confidential information
  • Willing to undergo a 1-2 month training program
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
  • Amenable to be assigned in Makati Office.
