Brand Manager Job Openings at Mondelez

Mondelez Philippines, Inc. is hiring a brand manager to deliver key business objectives of the EDEN portfolio, including net revenue, profitability and market share through robust consumer marketing.

Other job duties:
  • Key focus areas include brand strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications, innovation, in store execution, P&L management, project management, and unlocking additional brand opportunities.
  • Develop the appropriate business strategies and programs, and lead the multi-functional category team in executing these.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Marketing experience in FMCG company
  • Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer / Shopper Insights, Integrated Marketing Communications, P&L Management, Channel Strategy / Activation, Innovations
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Passion to develop strong brands and great products with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third party agencies
  • Effectively network throughout the organization to build support brand and reduce complexity and churn in the organization via an analytical, disciplined, collaborative approach
